These EASTER EGG FRUIT COOKIES are so easy and delicious! 🍓 Here’s how to make them:

Shape and bake the sugar cookies according to package instructions.

For the frosting, mix together one block of cream cheese (8 oz), 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp. Vanilla extract, 1/2 tbsp. Lemon zest and 1 tbsp. Lemon juice.

Make sure the cookies have cooled down before frosting. Frost and add your favorite chopped fruit.

Note: These cookies won’t store well with the fruit so I recommend frosting and decorating right before eating. 😋
