Fourth of July No-Bake Cheesecake Cups

These Fourth of July Cheesecake Cups are the perfect blend of creamy decadence and patriotic flair. Featuring layers of rich, velvety cheesecake, fresh berries, and a touch of whipped cream, these individual treats are as delightful to look at as they are to eat. Easy to make and even easier to enjoy, they’re the ideal addition to your Independence Day festivities, bringing a burst of flavor and a splash of red, white, and blue to your celebration.

No-Bake Cheesecake Cups (8 servings)


  • 2 cups diced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 16 oz heavy whipping cream 
  • 2 8oz cream cheese blocks
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers 

Whip the whipping cream until peaks form and set aside. Mix together softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract until well combined, then incorporate the whipped cream into the mixture. 

Add 2 tbsp of the graham cracker powder to the bottom of the cup, then pipe in a layer of the cream cheese mixture, then strawberries. Add another cream cheese layer, then a layer of blueberries. Finish with a a layer of cream cheese mixture then top with raspberries, blueberries and a festive firework pick. Repeat for each additional cup.

Refrigerate until serving. Happy Fourth of July!
